Item came in ripped seller interior packaging (the Amazon packaging was fine) in two places. Definitely made it look like someone had ripped it open twice so clearly used and returned. The hat itself was crumpled and was way too small to fit on most heads.

I bought this as a gift and was not disappointed at all! Came in quickly, perfect condition (not dented, folder or smushed). The quality of the “Bride” is wonderful! I didn’t not the little chain around the top in the picture until I got it. My sister loved it and wore it all weekend for her bachelorette party. Thank you so so much!

The product would have been great but the item was shipped by being stuffed into a plastic bag and the center was smashed into itself and it ruined the hat completely. It now has permanent bends in the hat.

Fantastic value. Did not come crushed at all. Very minor folding that easily falls out when set out a while. Looks great and is a quality purchase. Would buy again.

Bought this for the bride for the Bachelorette pool party and for her to take on her honeymoon. She absolutely loved it. It was great quality and looked exactly like the picture. I would definitely recommend this purchase.
