As soon as we washed the product for the first time before use, we saw black stains on the wiping cloth. This prompted us to thoroughly and repeatedly wash the product, but the wiping cloth continued to be stained black with this paint or polish like thing.Fearing that whatever is coming off the surface of the product could be harmful to health after it gets mixed with the food we cook in the pan, which we contacted the seller for a refund.The supplier stated that they also use the product and that the black stuff will stop appearing after a few uses. This was not enough for us to feel safe and we requested the seller to accept the product back and refund our money.We were shocked to find out that, despite the product being faulty and potentially hazardous to health, the seller wants us to ship the product back ‘at our cost‘.We would be surprised if Amazon allows such blatant non-consumer-centric product return policies.

Before use clean several times try soaking and heating to get rid of the powdery stuff so that the bits that come off are washed off as there was a lot of black stuff that came off

Bought for my husband he loves it

Has finishing issue and cant use it on electric stove . Because it takes lot of time and unbalance also. Leave on glass also
