I received the sun hat ahead of the estimated delivery date which is awesome. The hat itself is good and with a little bit of ironing I hope it’ll look nice.There is a drawback though: the adjustment ribbons got caught in the buttons stitches and won’t serve the purpose. Now I will have either to return it or employ my DIY skills to cut off the buttons to release the ribbons and sow them on again. The sloppiness with which the hat was made was disappointing, to be honest.

I love this hat. It travels well, no concerns if it is flattened in a suitcase, it pops back up and you can just run your fingers around the rim to straighten the rim wire (which is quite heavy and top quality). It is adjustable inside with a ribbon you tie. There is an adjustable and removable chin strap, a grosgrain ribbon inside around the crown, great quality mesh in the crown to stay cool. I really love it and wear this hat everywhere. Nice shape, perfect brim that is big enough but not too big... Well done! And this from someone with 30 years in the high end of the fashion industry and who once owned over 30 fashion hats!

This hat is lightweight and packs well so far. My skin is sensitive to the sun and this really helps protect my face and neck. I like the vent holes in the hat since being out in the desert sun is brutal and you need the air to circulate to keep your head cool. I hosed the hat down with water before putting it on and that helped tremendously - Color held, shape held, all good when wet.The hat itself is a little tight on my head (didn't think I had a big head but???) especially if I am wearing my hair up. If my hair is down, it fits great.There is a wire in the brim at the edge so you can mold the brim to the shape you want. I'm curious how long that will last. We shall see.Overall, I'm happy with this hat and love the coordinating print on the brim. Gives it a little something extra.
