Performs well
Once the knife has been used for a few times for practice it's very effective to use. The additional serrated edge to cut the sandwich is a good idea. It is well made and sturdy.

not a new idea
not a new idea as I have a similar product in my kitchen drawer unused for about 20 yearsthe blade is not flexible enough for spreading and the bevelled edge is on the wrong side making a left hand knife so not for me
