Perfect for rolling big sheets of fondant
I bought this specifically to cover a wedding cake I made that was two tiers with one large sheet of fondant covering it. This roller was perfect - nothing stuck to it, and it was big enough for me to get an even roll on the sheet event without the guiding tabs on it.I only gave it four stars for light weight because it does have a satisfying weight to it - that's a plus to me. For rolling fondant for flowers, I use a 10" roller - this would be too big for small bits.

This product is super easy to use, and lightweight. That being said, if you’re rolling out fondant you’re going to have to put some extra pressure to get it all done. The rings are super helpful too. It’s easy to clean, and doesn’t stick. I was pleasantly surprised at how big it was too.
