Sick of hearing "like", "awesome", and "cool"? I think we all are.This is a fun way to challenge your child (or student) to use words they already know, but don't regularly use. I put this up in the hallway outside my step-daughters room and she just loved it. The bold, darker colors are perfect for a preteen not only because this basically looks like a poster version of her wardrobe, but it doesn't look like something you'd see in a classroom.

My students loved having this chart in the classroom. They were able to quickly reference a list of other possible words in order to make their writing more interesting and exciting. The material of the poster is like a cardstock, so it is durable, but I would laminate it for long-term use. Great for upper-elementary students or middle-school students.

Got this for home use with my 7 yr old who has autism. Trying to expand his vocabulary and it is working wonders! The bright colors attract his attention and he will read all the words in a column before getting distracted with something else and uses a word later on in the evening. It has been very helpful.

This is a great chart that offers students better ways to say old and tired phrases or words. I post it in a prominent spot in my classroom so that students can refer to it when they are stuck for the perfect word to use in their writing.

The poster was fine, except the there is a mark about 4" long where a worker cut into the shipment with a box cutter. He or she sent anyway. As well the employee placed (1) poster, flat in a box that would have held 500 posters. As a business owner I realize how much workers like this can hurt small busy. This was shipped to me in Japan. I really hope the company gets this and addresses its problem with the worker that really does not care. There are good people looking for jobs who have some work ethic.

A nice, concise way to encourage "other ways to say..." The poster is sturdy and colorful. Great for bulletin board, wall, or white board use.

I love this poster. It's very colorful and best of all helps students a great deal when writing. I have used the exercises on the back in class as well. A great product for a great price. Best educational purchase I have made.
