Im a size 36W..i got the large size. Though it was difficult to put on, i succeeded to wear it on the sevond hook in just the first day..So i decided to return it and get a medium. Return took only one day and the medium arrived a day after i placed the order. I love it, thought it it tight, it does not pinch the skin

By far the best trainer I’ve worn yet. You absolutely cannot beat the quality for this price. I strongly advise getting the 25 steel boned trainer and paying the extra money..it is very worth it! It is the difference between actually getting lasting results or just looking cute. I am 5’3 and weigh 130 and I got the medium. I could’ve probably went with the small (I easily got down to the last set of hooks on my second day) but I am used to wearing trainers so I can handle the extra squeeze. I was able to wear this trainer for the usual 12 hours right from the very first day. But the trainer and get yourself in shape girl! 💋

Just got this 15 minutes ago at the door. I instantly tried it on. I'm 5.5 around 145, I should have gotten a large, but I was determined to make this medium fit. It did ! It's a work out and a half to get the thing done up but once I did, it felt comfortable and sturdy. I considered sending it back- but based on other reviews and comments from the seller, a size that's a bit too tight is the best for the purpose of this item. I mean, I wouldn't probably work out in this because it is quite tight. But, it's corrected my posture already while sitting down ( which can be a problem when you are a desk worker) and I can breathe easily. Would recommend and excited to see results in the coming weeks.

I got a medium after reading some of the reviews, I’m 5’7 145 lbs. DEFINITELY should have gotten a large. I also have quite a small torso so this fits a bit uncomfortably on me, I’ll be ordering one for short torsos in the future - maybe without the bones and with the more breathable fabric. All and all I don’t regret it! Can do it up on the first notch if I hold my breath and cry a little!

I orderedA medium basedOn size charts. It was SUPER hardTo get on at first (which I think it needs to be) but once it was done up it was comfortable and looked great. I’m getting used to wearing it longer and longer each time. So far I love it.

It was so painful and left me scars that have lasted for approximately 3 weeks... they were bleeding. Extremely unsatisfied, as I was so hopeful the product would work. It did look nice for the hours I wore it but not worth the long term effects. do not buy
