I didn’t receive the pencil case along with this set! Only received the bag and lunch bag. How to get the pencil case?In general it looks nice the back bag and lunch bag but got disappointed without receiving complete set and my daughter is not happy without the pencil case that she was waiting for.

Oh dear, supposed to be a set of 3 but pencil case is missing and the sling bag turned out to be a hand-carry lunch bag.

The backpack is perfect, it’s durable and cleans easily perfect size and a good amount of high quality pockets. Unfortunately I only received the backpack, though the description does say it’s a 3 pc set, I have contacted customer service and was told I’d have to order another set because they won’t ship out individual pieces I need. So just be careful, even though I didn’t get the lunch box and the pencil case like stated. The backpack is great quality.

Product arrived on time and packaged nicely. No strange odors. Material is somewhat silky, and the bottom appears to be reinforced canvas. The pockets are big enough for all her supplies. She loved the bright colors. The lunch bag is fully insulated and opens wide for easy access. The pencil bag is bigger than I expected it to be. Overall highly recommend.

Wish it was smaller.. the photo of the girl wearing it looked the same size as my daughter and it was more like an adult size

When the backpack arrived the smell was horrible. Smells like a fish inside of the backpack.
