Sharpest blade I’ve ever owned
First thing I want to say is that even though the literature said this blade has a flat tooth, it was not ground high enough to give a flat bottom slot. That said, this is the sharpest blade I have ever owned. It cut through walnut 1/2 inch thick and you could barely hear the blade cut. It left a fine smooth surface with no tear out. The carbide inserts are sharpened so well that I do believe they are nearly sharp as a razor. I had the blade laying on my workbench and accidentally lightly brushed my finger on one of the teeth and sliced my finger. The literature also mentioned something about laser cuts which helps the blade run quieter and that’s true, it does not whine like many other blades do. Even though I purchased this blade because I needed one that would give me a flat bottom slot I am not going to return it because I am so impressed with the quality. I prefer buying made in USA but this plate is made in Italy I have no problem with that. It certainly is not one of those Chinese pieces of junk. This sawblade may cost a little more than a lot of the blades out there but once you try it you will agree with me that it is well worth the money.

Nice blade
I like this blade. I'm getting clean cuts w/ crosscut, rip, and plywood.

Quality blade.
Hands down the best general use table saw blade I've ever owned. No tear out on plywood, smooth rips and cross cuts. It's the only blade I'll ever buy.

I will post again after more time BUT it is brilliant!
I've used a myriad of blades over the years and have use CMT bits for my routers for the last 15 or so but had never tried nor knew they made a table saw blade. I started using Freuds 40+ years ago. The original Freuds were very good and both the blades and bits were made in Italy originally. Over the last 8-10 years I have treated them as "throwaways" not very robust teeth and not worth sharpening. The one I just replaced was a 50 tooth and was way out of azimuth. I was suspecting my 1970s 220 volt 5hp Powematic T66 arbor bearings were running out. They were not. This saw gets daily use and some extensive time as I manufacture Revsound speaker cabinets. I had a gold Powermatic at my shop in Boston and it was great...but not like my 66. Today I mounted the CMT 50 tooth combi blade. Quiet, true, and nor splintering ripping or cross cutting plywood (even poplar ply 1/2") It is a game changer and if it continues to serve like this it will be CMT all the way for me. Price is proper, fit and finish excellent, and thin kerf to boot. I'll report back in a few weeks. Thank you CMT don't dummy it down please:)
