This is a must for learning how to froth milk...
Some practice and the guidance from the temperature gauge improved my milk texture quite a bit... I wish it was a little shorter so it wouldn't stick out so much from the jug but still works great.

Nice thermometer; no complaints
Not dissing Thermometers; just that in my coffeehouse these are comparatively disposable items. Work well, easy to calibrate (and make sure you do). I would definitely buy these again.

Does not work at low temps.
This product does not work. I removed milk from the refrigerator at 34 degrees and immediately put this thermometer in and it registered 45 degrees. It may do OK at high temps, but at low temps it fails.
