It is drinkable on its own. The flavor is mild, but I prefer putting it in water. I like that it’s in a glass container. It does get the bowels moving, so it may be good for those that deal with constipation. I put 3 stars for the value because the price is high for my taste, but it is a good product and I would buy it again.

I left Cheddars where I went to eat with the family with the worst stomach crap which I believe was food poisoning. I was twisted into a pretzel and in the bathroom thinking I was gonna die… I waited 30 minutes after eating and decided to take 2oz of this juice mixed with apple juice! Needless to say cramping has stopped almost immediately and burping has stopped as well! I originally bought it to mix with clay for my hair, but after reading label and other customer reviews I gave it to my niece earlier who had stomach issues and she loved the product! I am forever a loyal customer! This stuff works! I am one who never suffers from digestive issues but this is very good for natural healing.
