Phisco RMS8112-QuietPlus Men's Rechargeable Electric Razor - Cordless Wet & Dry Shaver with Precision Trimmer and Ultra-Quiet Operation

Brilliant cut from this shaver. Heads seem to be hard wearing with no dragging, and every bit as good as my previous well known branded shaver, if not better. It's easy to clean and charges quite quickly to 100%. Also able to use whilst charging, which some branded ones don't do. The shaver is nice to hold when in use too.The only downside is the battery life. It started off very good, with me getting 5 or 6 shaves with it when I first received it, at around 10 minutes per shave. However, after only 3 months use I'm now only getting just over 2 shaves per charge, shaving for 10 minutes each. First shave takes it from 100% down to 65%, then the second from 65% down to 6%. It gives up after a couple of minutes into the third shave. Not too much of a problem if close to an electric socket and can connect, but useless for travelling etc. Could really do with an up-rated battery being fitted as standard, as it struggles to keep going after a couple of uses. I will contact Amazon or the sellers about it and adjust my rating if it's rectified.Shame really, as otherwise it's a really good shaver for the price.Edit: Phisco have been in touch and have explained that this has probably been caused by a faulty battery which may have happened in storage. They kindly sent me another shaver and I'm pleased to say that this new one is very much better and giving me at least 5 to 6 shaves with constant power every time. I'm now really pleased with this shaver, and can thoroughly recommend it at this very decent price point. Well worth the 5 star rating.

Arrived promptly and in nice packaging. First impression is that it looks smart and appears well made.Used it a few times now and it works well. As close a shave as any other electric I have owned and perfectly comfortable. Sideburns trimmer works well. So for me acceptable performance compared with other better known makes and much cheaper. Of course can’t say how durable it will be, especially as my beard is not so tough, I wonder how this shaver might deal with something more challenging.Overall pleased so far.UPDATE : Oh dear, it’s stopped working, a piece of plastic in the head has come adrift. I’ve contacted the supplier to ask for a spare part so now it’s a support issue. Interesting to see what happens

Guys, I'm writing this review because I am genuinely impressed with this shaver.I have a shaven head and wet shave every two days. But in between I use this shaver in wet mode (together with mild soap and water) to trim my svalp smooth.The shaver works perfectly providing a quality shave...but the amazing thing to me is the battery in this thing. I bought this months ago and have now just charged it for the first time. It's gone from 8% to 100% in under 50mins. I recommend this shaver very highly.And now it's £10.00 cheaper. You need to get one of these!M.D.

Have always used multi bladed wet razors, but got fed up with the increasing cost and the often poor quality of the resulting shave.Decided to go for an electric razor which could be used wet or dry. Chose this one due to all the positive reviews and the reasonable price.It took me a week or two to get used to a different style of shaving and different foams/soap to see which worked best.Really happy with the quality of shave, and no more razor cuts on a morning when trying to shave when not properly awake.After 4 months had an issue with the razor not charging, contacted the seller who within the hour responded to say a replacement was on the way, no cost to myself. Following afternoon the new razor arrived.**** Edited review*****After a few months the replacement razor malfunctioned, the top holding the blades would not clip down making the razor incapable of being used.Tried to contact the seller several times without any response even though they offered 2 year warranty.Eventually got a refund through Amazon - which was very good of Amazon, would not recommend either the razor or seller

Nicely finished product and the battery lasts about 10 days between charging. The shave is as close as I have had from electric razors and the ease of cleaning under the cold tap will save me endless time. Most razors need taking apart and brushing and blowing. Display gives a cleaning reminder and shows battery state after and during every use. A good buy and so far value for money, It must last at least three years before a top accolade can be earned!! Unfortunately this product did not last as it should. About 9 months and it completely failed. Refund ask for and given by Amazon.

I have been pleased with the performance of the shaver which I bought on 24thJanuary 2024. After an initial problem with a cutter retaining ring breaking, which was quickly replaced I have had no further problems until today (7th Sept) when I found it will no longer charge. I will be contacting Phisco and hope their response is and good as last time.

Really glad I purchased this razor.Over the years I have bought and used most of the top razor brands and paid considerably more for them than this gem. Shave is comfortable and close even after 1 year. Can highly recommend.

All started off well; the shaver was quiet, gave a close shave and the battery lasted well.After 6 weeks one of the shaving heads fell off. The lug of the plastic securing ring that holds the shaving head in place had broken off. When examining the securing ring, the plastic lug that is supposed to hold the shaving head in place had broken off.I contacted Phisco through their website form to inform them of the problem. They took full responsibility and issued a complete new shaving head assembly immediately, free of charge.Took the old one off, and fitted the new one. Very easy to do.The shaver is now up and running and shaving well.I will see how it goes from here.
