Very good laptop with added bonuses!
I bought the laptop, and it's worked fantastic. They even applied stickers to help the lid stay durable, which I didn't even notice for the first few days! The laptop supports Linux very well, and was preloaded with Windows. I have no complaints except for the keyboard which gets marks on it easily (especially if you have long nails).Overall, a great deal and a trusted refurbisher.

Great Linux computer! Only one battery included.
I bought this Thinkpad T470s laptop to run NixOS, and everything everything except the fingerprint reader has worked right out of the box. Other more-popular Linux distributions should work at least this well. This laptop is also easy to open and many modules are swappable, so it's much better than most modern laptops when it comes to serviceability and upgradeability. My laptop came with a refreshed battery, which is much appreciated. However, when you take the bottom off of the laptop, it's clear that the laptop has space for two batteries and only one battery was included -- which is why battery life hasn't met expectations. I've purchased a second battery separately so that I can get the full runtime. This is the kind of hassle one should expect with refurbished laptops, but it's an extra expense nonetheless. That said, this laptop is fast, bright, and has a Linux-friendly keyboard, touchpad, and driver-set. The laptop itself is a solid 5-stars, I took away one star because of the missing battery module.

at the beggining it was good, but now, i have found a lot of flaws
The newest drivers weren't installed, hdmi is not working, sometimes fails at simple tasks like opening three or more apps (considering the amount of ram it has), battery life is no like one in a new computer o a refurbished one. The keyboard cover is broken, the track pad sometimes doesn't register the click and the plastic protector thet is in there is not well placed, and the ruber feet are not well placed an two literally came off when I open the package and one of them got lost and hasn't been found. Although it works, it is not what they advertised as reburbished.

Fast, light, great battery life
Best. Laptop. Ever.First laptop I've used that's light enough, and has a long enough battery life, that I actually take it places (other than to another desk + wall outlet). Didn't have any problems with setup, and it works quite decently. The only negative comment I'd make is that despite the claimed 1920x1080 resolution, in practice the screen is small enough you'll need to scale it to what's effectively 1368x720 in order for text to be readable. (Or maybe your eyesight is much better than mine, who knows.) But it arrived with the scaling turned on and I was initially upset because I'd specifically looked for 1920x1080 and it wasn't that.So I turned off the scaling... for about five minutes before I switched back. So be aware of that if you're drooling over the idea of getting 1080p on a laptop. You can definitely watch videos with that resolution, but you probably won't want to *work* at that resolution.

Battery drains extremely fast
The laptop itself works great and I was going to recommend it to people. But the battery will literally go down 5% in 10 seconds and it doesn't stay charged long enough to do anything unless you keep it on the charger constantly, so for that quite major problem, I'm gonna have to recommend never buying this laptop.

Great Laptop
Got this Refurb as work computer and man did I pick a great one. It is really fast, has a touch screen and two batteries. Lenovo did a great job with this computer. Amazon did a great job too because this laptop is blemish free and the screen is in perfect condition. This laptop is a steal and I love it. Nice and lightweight too. Highly recommend!

For the age of the model it performs very well.
It get the job done for sure. No gaming or video editing of course. However for just about any old thing it works like a charm. I believe it's performance is almost comparable to the i5 8th gen.

Buy new batteries.
These are a great deal for the money. However. Batteries are at the end of duty cycle. Will not hold a charge or take a full charge.Even with the cost of new batteries and the hassle of installing them, these are a great value.Very pleased. (besides batteries)
