Distinctive taste , sweet and tangy
Not only for Asian dishes ! We use it for dressings for all salads ! Delicious !!!

Very sugary, not healthy
It tastes the way rice seasoning is supposed to; sweet. You only use a tiny amount, I would suggest using a dropper or teaspoon to apply a small amount over your rice. Too much and you will get cavities. In small amounts, it brings a nice sweetness to the rice and gives it an authentic sushi flavour.

I use this sushi vinegar when making sushi rice but also in most of my asian dressing or marinades. Great flavour

Far too sweet!
I really don’t like the excessive sweetness of this product. It contains a stunning 47% sugar and tastes like syrup or jam with a little bit vinegar added. I threw it away

This product is not traditional rice vinegar. It’s loaded with GLUCOSE SYRUP! And MSG!? for God’s sake… avoid at all costs. People. Read the label before you buy and ingest this kind of poison, please!
