Will fit Ralliart but Crash Bar must be modified
This bumper is made very well. I ordered one for my 2011 Lancer Ralliart because my original one got damaged for a second time and was not savable. It seems like its a little short where it meets the hood but I am still in the process of fit up. The Ralliart crash bar will have to be modified at the bottom on each end because of the fog light brackets. The overal quality is very good so far.

You will have to make it fit with self tappers and some engunity over all happy with it though
The fitment is not perfect you will have to make minor adjustments and get creative with self tapping screws but it's doable. pictures of after a shop painted it and put it on .
