The instructions and process was easy and simple. I received my test results within 3 weeks of when I mailed my sample.I started to have some health issues that could not be explained by my health care professionals. I questioned if it was my drinking water. It was going to be cost prohibitive to have all these tests done at my local water test facility.My test sample showed that my drinking water is safe and so now I have that answer and can look elsewhere for the cause of my health problems.

Registered test in early January, mailed in by mid-January, but no results available by March to download from their website (login works fine which shows the registered kit). Turns out they can email the test to you, which they did.

I had been looking for a water test kit for quite some time, and was so happy to find such a comprehensive test.--> Pros:- Dead simple, in fact I had this sitting on the kitchen counter for weeks because I thought it would be difficult -- it was nothing more than pouring wanted into a couple of containers, sealing them up and shipping them off with a pre-paid label- Tests for everything under the sun!- Also has a bacteria test that you perform yourself- They email you a comprehensive report once the results are processed where you can look up all the ingredients or contaminants to learn more about what is in your water that might be harmful--> Cons:- Cost -- obviously this is not a cheap test, but if you care about your water, you owe it to yourself- The PDF file that they sent and the website are a little hard to follow. Especially when clicking on the PDF to get more info on the website leads to sometimes ambiguous or hard to understand terminology or descriptions, and their user interface is not good, so it took me a while to figure out how to get a deeper understanding of the potential contaminant level of something or what it even meant.They could use a UI/UX refresh on their website--> Overall: A great value for the money, comprehensive, easy to implement test that tells you all the potentially harmful things that can be in your water. Aside from a glitchy website, all the information you need is right there.

Disappointed with the response time. I sent out my samples a week and a half ago and their integrity is likely lost, and I’ve heard nothing outside that they received the samples. I used utmost care in following directions & preparing the samples. For the price I expected more. The prepaid UPS ticket should have been next day instead of ground in my opinion .

Update: I got a very nice call from the company and they spent 20 minutes walking me through my water report. I now know what I need to know about our water safety. During the call they informed me that they were going to modify their report to give more analysis to help understand the raw data. I really appreciate the good customer service and am updating my one star to a 3 on that alone. If the new reporting is as good as what I got on the phone call I would give it at 5. Hopefully they will show a sample report on their web site you can see before ordering. Caring about their customers is certainly a great quality and I have faith they will do what is necessary to earn the 5 star rating.Original review - For such an expensive kit, the turn around time is unacceptable. It takes at least 3 weeks from the date you order until you get results. The 14 days they advertise begins when they get your sample and they take the entire 14. The results were disappointing as well. 200 lines of data with individual indicators of good, caution or too high. No cumulative analysis. Our purpose was to evaluate the safety of our elderly parent’s water, and although we have a good amount of data points, we have no idea if it is safe or not. Total waste of money.
