I will write this review to you and then post this onto Amazon. It is simply 5-star. The workmanship is exquisite and I feel the warmth already in my room with its’ design. It is well made, (handmade), top quality. Its thickness is as described and the design, well, it’s just beautiful. Most of all, the hallmark on the reverse which states that the purchase of this first-class quality rug, I contribute towards fighting child labour and help to give money to the families of weavers in India. This is what is so great to know. I received this rug in Nov 23, one year later holes have been appearing as tufts of wool have come away from the backing. They have white residue on them which I assume is the latex adhesive. As this item was £189 not an inconsiderable amount I have tried to contact Amazon, where I purchased this rug but have not received a response.

A long wait because the rug travelled the world before arriving in the UK from India :) BUT...it was worth the wait! It's real wool, hand tufted, deep rich colours and I bought the 6ft x 12ft which is huge and perfect for my lounge. The rug is thick and heavy, it doesn't move around on my hard wood floors and feels lovely and soft under foot. If you're happy to wait a couple of weeks, you'll love what you get! I highly recommend this seller for tracking info they provided and an all round honest, affordable, quality service and product.

Rug is very good quality, however the colours of the delivered rug are much more muted than the photographs so if you are trying to match a colour scheme beware.

Beautiful, accurately described and exceeds expectations. Colours are jewel like. Time will tell as to how long wearing this rug will be. Delivered speedily and on time, no additional charges to pay. Very pleased so far

Lovely muted colours. Would look lovely in modern or traditional room. Arrived on time. Feels nice under foot.
