Update: I officially had to throw out this humidifier. The first one I purchased started to leak. I would wake up and my carpet would be soaked. The company sent me a replacement and not even a couple months later and it is already leaking. I really wished they would have given me a refund rather then the replacement. Such a waste of money. Both humidifiers didn’t even last a year... I’m really disappointed.I’ve had this humidifier for about a week and so far so good! It is pretty quiet and just ok to fill. I noticed some reviews complaining about the awkward filling. I don’t find it awkward at all. I don’t think they know the white spout at the top comes completely off. You can stand it upside down when time to fill it up. Under the spout also has a handle which is handy to carry to the tap.Not the easiest to clean. I have a small hand and my hand definitely can’t fit to wipe inside the tank. But just using vinegar to rinse seems to work for now.My only complaint is that I wish the filters were available on Amazon for this humidifier... I have hard water and the white dust is annoying, even using my Brita doesn’t help. Please stock them!!!

Before purchasing this until, I noted the previous comments/reviews about the difficulty to fill the water tank. Nevertheless, I purchased this unit anyway, primarily because it was designed for a 500 sq. foot room and it was the only one I found that humidified a room that size. However, it is very difficult to fill. I need to fill it in the laundry tub.I've been running it for three weeks and the humidity level in the room has not improved significantly. I fill the water tank twice a day, so I'm pumping two gallons of water into the air a day. The humidity level has gone from 22% to 24%. Not a tremendous improvement.

This product pumps out the humidity really well. It effectively humidified a 500sqft room and is almost completely silent. The reservoir lasted over 12 hours on high - amazing! It was simple to use, just turn the dial to your desired humidity output level. The in-tank colour changing lights is a nice feature and works well.Unfortunately I will not be keeping this humidifier for two (personal) reasons:Firstly, I purchased it for use in a bedroom and although you can turn off the light inside the reservoir/tank, there is a light behind the button to toggle the tank light that is permanently on if the humidifier is running. It lit up our dark bedroom pretty substantially. Although this might be fine for a kids room or a room you aren't sleeping in, we found it bothersome.Secondly, the tank is very difficult to hold when filling or filled. It is rounded/curved with nothing to support it when it's upside-down being filled with water except the top rim of the tank. Because of the generous reservoir size, it is quite heavy when full and I struggled to comfortably transport it and place back on the base between uses. I felt like I was going to drop it or break it if I didn't support it properly.These two reasons are personal preferences so I am not deducting stars for them, the humidifier certainly excelled at doing what it's supposed to - humidifying a large room without the need to refill the reservoir several times a day. I'd also like to mention that customer support went above and beyond to assist me when I contacted them with an issue. I would recommend this humidifier if you aren't bothered by an LED light that stays on and if you don't have joint or strength issues with your hands.

So I love this product, I bought it because i had a cold and desperately need humidity. Works fantastic and I find it really pretty and relaxing to look at as well. Very quiet. its nice to have the night light feature. I bought another one and one for my Mom I loved it so much. So What is great to know is that The company has great customer service. One of the products stopped working. I contacted the company and they were polite professional and efficient. Sending me a replacement via warranty. Great to know that they really value their customers.

After using this product it has suddenly stopped after working 5-6hrs. I checked all cords , cleaned and tried to operate it , but not succed . I contacted amazon and asked to send photo, did what jas asked and nothing has being done to solve the issue. Get rideoff this product . The product was saying warranty for five yrs but didn't see their warranty or sutisfing answer
