Perfect for Ribbon Cutting, These Metal Scissors Really Work!
I bought these scissors for a film that involved a ribbon-cutting. They were perfect. The material is strong, and the blades are actually metal.I was shocked to find that the scissors could actually cut very well, and the sound they make when closing is very satisfying. We managed to cut through a pizza box when playing around with them - so make sure they stay out of reach of children.There must be a very tiny piece of plastic in one of the handles (which are hollow to stay light), because when you shake them you can hear something rattle a bit. This was not a concern for us at all, as the scissors still functioned perfectly.
