Feels good but...
Got this today and it feels solid and well made. Attached it to my Fuji and it sits really well on the body and adds that extra bit of grip I felt I needed as I have large hands. My only very small gripe is I now wish the grip had a bit of rubber or camera body grip on it as it feels very smooth and cold in your hand. It's not a deal breaker at all and I would recommend this grip but just keep that in mind as you will be gripping cold metal. I wonder if I shoot in cold weather what it will feel like...??Just to be clear I knew the grip does not come with any material on it so I was not mislead in any way.I love that I can access the battery/card door without having to remove the grip. All in all very happy.Cheers

Get a Grip!
Great grip. Makes my XT2 much more comfortable now for all day shooting. Feels solid and high quality. Can’t be beat for the price too!

A necessity for the X-T30!!!
This is a necessity for the X-T30. I have medium to large hands and it is a definite improvement, and the camera feels safe while holding with one hand. The added rubber film on the inside also provides protection against scratching the body. The strap notch on the right side is no longer sharp ... the edges are rounded and comfortable. I have a lanyard wrist strap on mine. There is a separate hole to mount a tripod plate, it doesn't interfere with the mounting screw. I use an Arca-Swiss style mounting, which is what this bracket is designed for.Highly recommend! If only they would make it to match the silver finish, and/or have the grip area be a different color as well.

Fit's perfectly on my X-T30, leaves little room between grip and lens for those with larger hands
This grip fits perfectly on my X-T30, but as other reviewers have noted, it does leave very little room between the lens barrel and the grip for those with larger fingers. According to Google, I have fairly average sized hands for an adult male, and my fingers only just fit in between the grip and the XF 35mm f1.4, which is a very common lens. My fingers have been bumped and caught when quickly grabbing or releasing the camera. The bottom of the grip has a fairly hard edge, which digs a little into the palm of my hand. I wish they had rounded the bottom edge a little more for comfort.Overall, this grip does help improve the ergonomics of the X-T30 a bit for me, but it's still far from the comfortable grip of a larger DSLR. There are other grips that cost almost twice as much, and those seem to provide a little more room for your fingers. I guess it's up to you whether that extra $20 is worth it.

More to hold onto
The differences between this Fostasy grip and similar products available on Amazon are: 1) This grip is wider -- but not so wide that it encroaches on the lens mount. It's also 8mm taller, without crowding the front dial or shutter release. My medium-sized adult male hands have more to hold onto, which helps a lot with larger, heavier lenses. 2) The grip has three wide indentations for your fingers, which gives a more secure hold than you might otherwise get on its smooth black anodized aluminum surface. 3) Because the grip is solid aluminum, it's cold to the touch, especially on cold days. 4) Rather than a built-in key for tightening the tripod screw, the Fotasy has a wide-slotted screw that you can tighten with a coin. 5) It's 20 grams lighter. I own both and the differences aren't dramatic. Of the two, the Fotasy is the one I prefer.
