Just received the product.Opened it & smelled it.It's 100% Tulasi (Basil) essential oil.It's the first time I'm having a bad experience with Devinez product.I'm sure this is a mistake & not a deliberate attempt to cheat.I regularly burn Palo Santo sticks at home, so I know how it smells.I've called Amazon Customer care & escalated this issue. Let's see if the seller cooperates.I'll update the review after I receive a response.Editing:Devinez representative called & enquired about the issue.Promised to look into it.Called again the next day & confirmed that he still hasn't got any update from the factory.He believes that it could be a mistake, so offered a replacement or refund- whatever I prefer.Asked him to replace it with Angelica root oil.Very happy with the customer service 👌

Smells exactly like a strong version of holy basil or tulsi drops. Not sure if it's a genuine product. From what I read online Palo Santo has light notes of pine and lime. Some even say that its scent is somewhat lightly woodsy. None of these qualities were to be found in this product.
