Might work for some but not all
Ok, not sure it did much but then again I wasn't in severe pain. I questioned if it was more watered down than other products that are similar. I think I will try another company and see if I get the same effect. I had my hopes up that I was going to be feeling differently about it. Might work for some but not all.

Magnesium Spray
My husband and I spray this Magnesium in our drinking water daily.. we are both 84 yrs old, and doctor our water with this and 1000mg vitamin C, plus a splash of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, every day. I add Collegen to mine, for an extra boost.

It works very well for muscle soreness.
This product helps with my muscle soreness. It does leave your skin a little tacky feeling, but for me it's worth it. I bought 2 bottles because I bring one with me. It has provided much relief and I don't have to take any analgesics.

Will Buy Again
I've found the magnesium oil for me! I've tried several different magnesium oils, and I did a lot of research before selecting this one, and it paid off. I love this stuff! I use it as a soak and massage oil; my muscles have never felt better.
