As mentioned it is not 300W it is just 200W motor.
Works fine on the day I received. Accessories mentioned are available in the box.I am yet to use it in making cake.Motor Watt is just 200W and it is not 300W as mentioned in the description.It is not value for money as the motor is too small.Delivery was quick.

Received different model but nonetheless functional for my use
The listing mentioned model "IBL HM 390L PLUS" which is a 300W variant. But I received IBL HM 390L which is a 200W variant.I decided to keep the item as I found 200W good enough for my purposes. There can be faint smell of burning through the vents during use, but I guess that is normal for most motors. The speed is rather fast even for the lowest setting. The item has been working normally till now for 1 month. Only time will tell its durability.Edit: After several months of use now, I find that the forks are accumulating small amount of rust, meaning they are not made of stainless steel, but mild steel likely. And there is a slight wobble when using with only one fork fitted. Deducting another star for these issues. To prevent rust, please take care to dry the forks with tissue paper or something after washing.
