This shirt is nice, I have only been using it for 3 days.Initially, it was super tight but I noticed on the 3rd day it was easier to take on and off. It helps so much to maintain heat and make you sweaty, if you’re like me and struggle with the midsection or just want to have core temp. Up for workouts this is honestly a real good bang for your buck!I clean with soap and water after every use and air dry it.I got the 4XL, I am 6ft 325lbs.If you are a bigger person please just get two sizes up they do run small.Idk about durability but either way for the price I’d buy again. is exactly what you'd expect. makes ya sweat. I wear a 3xl so I ordered a 3xl. fits good and tight. but if you have big arms u may want to go up a size if possible. I have 20 inch arms and the sleeves are very tight.

Can be difficult to get on and off. Also, the shirt cuts into my biceps so if you have larger biceps recommend getting a bigger size. Recommend getting a larger size than normal. Other than that, it works great. After just a little bit wearing it, I can feel the sweat coming down.

However… I wish I had ordered 2 sizes up from what I normally wear as this thing is super tight and was a struggle to put on, once on fits like a body condom. I normally wear large/Xl shirts so ordered an xl. Also after only 2 uses the threads at the seams are already starting to come undone in multiple places… it works but don’t see this thing lasting very long
