There are a number of things I like about this pill organizer.1. There are 4 compartments for each day of the week. I have medications I must take in the morning an hour before I eat and then others I take with breakfast, at dinnertime and finally at bedtime. This pill case works perfectly for that.2. The entire lid lifts up exposing all 28 compartments allowing me to easily fill it for the entire week. This is so much more convenient than having to open 28 individual compartments and close them again after loading.3. It's BIG. Some of the prescriptions and supplements I take are large capsules or tablets. I've used other organizers in the past and couldn't always fit in everything that I wanted to. The chewable Centrum Silver is quite large and I would have to put that in an adjoining compartment with fewer pills then remember to take it at the proper time (not all that difficult and easy to do since the chewable tablet is so large but still inconvenient).I've been using this organizer for 3+ years and have always been very pleased with it. It suits my needs perfectly. I like it so much I'm going to buy another one to have on hand in case I break the one I have now and they've stopped making this model.βββββadded 08/28/2016:So here it is over 4 years after my original purchase and I'm back to purchase another tray. There's nothing wrong with the original but it is starting to show signs of wear β especially the thin plastic insert that actually holds the pills. It's still quite usable but I want to be sure I have a backup handy. This is the only pill organizer I've found large enough to hold the huge Centrum Silver Chewable tablets plus Viactiv calcium chews plus the other supplements and prescriptions I take every day. I just wish it was a little less expensive.

Great but with one weak point.
I needed something that had large wells. This easily fulfills that need. I had read in the reviews that the inner tray was somewhat less then great though and I do agree with that sentiment. The main box is well made and easy to fill. The doors work well and likewise are well made. The inner tray which is removable and creates the subdivisions in the tray is lousy. For about 2 cents or so of extra plastic, they could make a much better tray that would make an already great product better. The inner tray is made similarly to the trays you find in candy assortment boxes but very slightly thicker. Why? Why not make it similar to the subdivided craft storage boxes that you can pick up anywhere for about $3. It would be much (by a long shot) sturdier and the vertical walls could be high enough to meet the lid of the outer box thus eliminating the other problem mentioned in reviews of the inner tray being too short which could allow for the contents to become jumbled, if not kept flat. The inner tray could still be removable for cleaning or filling purposes and the plastic wouldn't necessarily need to be quite as thick as a craft storage box since it is housed in another box with a lid but it would need to be much thicker then the current tray. I got it despite the complaints about the inner tray. However, when I found out exactly how bad it was, I decided to be preemptive about it and used clear packing tape all over and around each individual cell on the backside so that it isn't seen and so it won't be difficult to clean. The part of the tray you see when you open the box or through the doors looks completely unaltered. Because of the way the inner tray is constructed, I was able to fairly easily strengthen the individual cells themselves on all sides but I am not sure that the connections between them are as strong so time will tell, if the plastic at those points will eventually break down. I do think that my after market work on the inner tray also created enough thickness on the bottoms to lift the tray slightly to make it less likely to allow pills to slide between cells, if tipped but I haven't tested this so I can't be certain. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase but the company needs to either, ideally, redesign the inner as suggested above or , less then ideally, offer replacement trays that are made a fraction higher for sale for when they break which is likely to happen regularly, if left unaltered.Update: Yes. My attempt to make the tray stronger did raise the tray enough to keep the small pills from moving into adjoining cells. I realized that I do tip the thing every single time I dump pills out into my hand.

Not usable
This is HUGE. I mean, HUGE! I wish I'd have gotten one with wheels! Ok, not quite that huge, but I can't imagine anybody needing one this big. Still, I needed a pill organizer, so I tried it. Besides being huge, the little sliding windows on the top (that allow you to only open the day that you want) don't lock closed, so when I open one day, then turn it upside down to get the pills out, the windows for the other days can also open and dump pills! I have to keep it upright and pick each pill out. This is really not usable.
