Great for beginners
Love this sewing machine. It runs smoothly but there was one part missing. I could not check earlier on getting the machine as I shifting to a new place so I had to buy that myself. Otherwise machine is good with complete kit.

Machine Cover was broken and did not received medium size screwdriver which comes mandatory with any sewing machine, instead got a tiny one. Overall average purchasing experience on amazon

Defective product
I had raised a complaint to Amazon about the quality of the product and the fact that there was some issue in its working immediately upon receipt of the product. I got a call also from their Customer care office about my issues and they advised that they are looking into it. Nothing happened and they have closed the rerun window. What a waste of money.
