J’ai écrit à la compagnie. On m’a dit qu’il n’y avait pas de garantie parce que la montre n’avait pas été achetée chez Anna Klein mais chez Amazon. Le défaut n’était apparent. Elle brûle les batteries en trois mois. La réponse que j’ai eue de Anne Klein.com était de m’adresser a vous , que vous pouviez intervenir. Ne vous félicitez pas de votre aide aux client. Je n’ai eu aucune aide de vous. Et je suis très décue. Je vais réévaluer mon statut de cliente d’Amazon. Je peux vous faire parvenir le courriel de Anna Klein.com et j’ai des preuves pour les batteries. Cela fait 4 que j'achète en un an.
