Forum Novelties Men's Costume Spanish Hat

Made of inflexible plastic, for smaller noggins, which are perfectly circular. The nominal hatband (there isn't one) is perfectly circular and rigid, with no flex or give at all to fit onto a human head. It can be forced on very very uncomfortably, or balanced in place. I'm going to try gluing in some foam pads in the places where, when worn, the abrasion scrubs the skin off my head. Not worth returning, but very disappointing. Problem is, anything that's =not= a display piece (which is what I assume this object must be) in the right shape is overpriced, gouging cosplayers because they can. Disappointing that this is the *best option.

We bought this for a music video we were filming but didn't end up using it because it looked funny with the costume. I kept it as my "instant make people laugh hat" and I absolutely love it.
