Solves galvanic corrosion issues

Absolutely the best corrosion and galling/seizing protection for any junction that does not experience very high temps (eg not for spark plugs). No silicone to contaminate paint-work later. Very sticky, so it's not a high speed lube, but as a bedding/threading/pin-coating/etc substance there's noting better. Won't dry out. Doesn't wash out. Doesn't expire. Absolutely will not let dissimilar metals corrode and seize to each other. Don't smear it on your smokes - it's got A LOT of Teflon powder in it, and I'm told burning Teflon vapor in the lungs doubles the health issues from those lung darts.Yup - Its expensive. It's worth every penny and more. Compare the price to dealing with drilling-out seized screws, Helicoil repairs, fixing loose rivets, galled stainless nuts, scarred pins, etc - viewed that way its a steal. Apply with a "retired" toothbrush. Clean up with thinner or penetrating oil (not much else cuts through it, and for longevity that's a very good thing). Still can't believe some reviews complain it's sticky. You want it to be sticky folks - that's why it lasts. They probably give ice cream 4 stars because it's "too cold" and "sweet"..This caulking type cartridge is nice as it protects the TefGel from getting contaminated - the screw top jars its also sold in do have a tendency to collect grit and bugs (small bugs LOVE dying in it) when the top is left off for long periods. If you're very committed you could use one of the jars as an insanely costly knat trap...Buy it, shed a brief tear for the price, dry your eyes once you realize you likely have enough to leave half to your favorite relative in your will, use it wisely, never look back. A++ STUFF.
