My son works outside and these boots keep his feet warm and dry!!

I normally take a 8.5 in almost every shoe. There are no half sizes offered, so I ordered up to the 9. It's a little big, maybe nothing a second pair of socks couldn't solve, but I think I would have been happier with an 8. That said, I've spent a couple of days in quite cold weather (0º today)working in them, and they are warm, comfortable. While the snow isn't deep yet, they seem completely water proof. I love that they are pull on rather than lace up so they never come untied--which would require taking gloves off. There's enough cushioning in them that driving in them feels strange--not quite sure how much pressure I'm putting on the brake sometimes. But they seem like a top quality boot that does the job. Just wish they offered half-sizes.

Was recommended to by these by the holiday company for a polar trip, as an alternative to hiring. Did the job, and cheaper than hiring, but took up a lot of room in the suitcase! I bought a size larger than my normal (less insulated!) wellies, so I was able to comfortably wear thicker socks.
