I was disappointed because I imagined a fuller dress with all the things sewn on. It is actually just one fabric with the details printed on it. It is actually very nice, easy to wash and you don't have to worry about things falling off when you do like other dress up dresses.My daughter is very tall and stout for her age. She's 5 and in a 10/12. This fits her perfectly and she wears it almost every day. I would highly recommend this if your princess likes to dress up! Now I need to find more characters in the same fabric!

My 7 yr old likes this Merida play dress. It's made of a soft, stretchy material. All the details is just printed on the dress, so there's no accessories. Somehow it seems less authentic looking that way. It hangs straight down, so that also hides some of the details as well. However, overall, it's a comfy fun play dress for the price.

My 7 year old daughter loves this costume! She decided in June that she wanted to be Merida for Halloween, so I got this a few months early. The material is great, the colors are vivid. It's a very comfortable costume so she can wear it all day without it bothering her. She wears size 10/12 and it fits her perfectly.
