This stuff worked for me. The short of it: within a day I noticed relief. Within a few weeks, the hemorrhoids were gone. It may or may not work for you, but for me it was worth trying it out. I'm glad I did. Full story and cautions below:I only suffer from hemorrhoids every so often either through poor diet, pushing too hard, or spending too much time on the toilet. I got a case recently that was the worst I ever had: crazy amounts of sharp pains, dull aches, discomfort, etc. I was very close to going to the doctor when I heard about these. I tried them, taking the max dose, and about 24 hours later I started noticing reduction in pain and discomfort. A few days later of taking max doses, the swelling started going down. Once I was comfortable enough to really clean myself back there, I started reducing the dose. I started with 4 pills 3 times a day, then reduced to 4 pills twice a day, then 3 pills once a day, then 2 pills a day, then off once all symptoms were gone.How do I know it was the pills? About 3 days in I felt good enough to jump off the pills and let the rest heal on it's own (wasn't full healed yet but manageable). The pain and swelling came back. I started taking them again but ran out of these before I could get them built up in my system and the pain came back full bore. Once I got the pills again, the same pattern happened: about a day the worst of the pain started going away, then a few days later the swelling started going away. I began reducing the dosage as I mentioned above and kept taking them 2 pills a day a few days after the symptoms were completely gone. Since then, they have not returned but I've made changes in my diet, habits, and length of time spent on the toilet (no more mobile phone!!).Cautions: Since the ingredients are natural, there doesn't seem to be any real problem with taking them but like all supplements, do your research. And this is really not a substitute for seeing a doctor if you have other issues. I have no GI problems beyond getting the occasional hemorrhoids, so I can't say how this will work with medicine or GI conditions like IBS, Crons, or Colitis. Some natural supplements can inhibit medicine and/or vitamins from being absorbed, so please do your research before buying.This stuff seems to build up in your system before it starts working, so be patient and give it a few days. Make sure you keep CONSISTENT with the doses! Don't skip doses or skip days. If you feel ZERO improvement in a few days, it may not work for you. But if the improvement is slow, keep going with it.

This Stuff Works Great. But Don't Believe All The Trumped Up Reviews As I'm Sure Most Of Them Are Fake. Anyways, Taken as recommended (3caps 3x Daily) By The End of the day they're gone. I have an internal one that's persistent and probably going to have to go to the Dr to get removed. At First it was manageable especially with Hem Relief and still is to a large degree but Hem Relief 911 IS NOT AN END ALL CURE ALL. Your Body WILL get resistant to it after about 5 Days. Then you'll have to take a week or 2 off for them to start working again. IT DOES WORK for itching pain, Internal, External. What i've learned is to take 6 Caps right off the bat then 4 caps every 6 hours for the 1st day. Then take 3 caps 3x a day. If you're suffering from the occasional Roid these will bring relief fast and should be your "go to" to replace all the creams and suppositories you get over the counter. Within the 1st day of taking these its like the roid was never even there. I mean, its like Magic, Seriously. People on here saying they've suffered for years til they got on a regimen of HEM RELIEF and have now been Roid free for years is total hogwash so don't believe the hype. THEY DO WORK GREAT FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF - Up To A Week. If your symptoms are acute then this stuff can knock it out on day one and by the time the healing process is done you're good. But those with long term troubles, Sorry, they will help tremendously for a 5-7 day period but they WILL NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM In The Long Term. I Still Give It 5 Stars Bc Its Like Magic although I should Give it 1 Star to help balance out the average.

I over reacted after my @$$ started to hurt a sh!t ton (pun not intended... maybe). I'm only writing this review to make this d@mn notification to go away. The hems went away after a week, this would have really helped during that week and it took a week to get here at the time. Anyway they expire in about 2 years, but should be good up to 3 years after that, in which they would be less effective but still work. I'm just rambling right now so feel free to stop reading. The following is meant to be humorous. Anyway, so one day I started sh!tting and just could not stop sh!tting, and quite literally, I ran out of sh!t after about 10 minutes, so basically anything after that was just some hard core and very painful contractions, and over the course of 2 days, I couldn't stop continuously and uncontrollably needing to sh!t despite having nothing to lay down. It was like my @$$ was in labor, regardless of the presence of sh!t, uncontrollably over the course of this and next week, I'm a dude BTW and I think my body thought it needed to give birth for some reason. This is all not mentioning that all that sh!t (more or less) coming out turned my little ring into hell's gate, along with the painful contractions and no load to release, so when I was in walmart stall, several other men heard me... a grown man crying... on a toilet trying to drop a load, that would inevitably not drop as a result of this two week curse. This happened exactly 1 year ago, yes, it was over the course of Christmas, while everyone was unwrapping gifts, my bowels were making very extreme movements equivalent to that of contractions when giving birth. I know I don't know (or will ever know) what that will feel like, but I'm pretty sure it came close to the feeling of giving birth, probably 9-12 times a day. I would sit on the toilet for anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour uncontrollably pushing out nothing, get clean, get up and lay in bed for 5 to 15 minutes to rest (sometimes even less than 30 seconds), then it would start all over again. I must've went through two whole packs of toilet paper in 3 days, sometimes I had to resort to dipping the cardboard tubes in water to soften and use them before I got more TP. Of course all of these uncontrollable bowel movements and contractions put quite some pressure on my little hoover dam, so I wound up with a few hemorrhoids, which added to the pain. They were huge too, I thought it was a load, so I pushed to where I could either not push anymore, or decide that pushing harder would harm me, I decided to look and saw what these little demons were, guarding the gate of hell. By the time I had ordered these, all my uncontrolled contractions have pretty much vanished, what remained was the burning, although 2 weeks went by before all the physical burning was gone, mentally though, it took 3 months for my mind to stop feeling the burning every time I finished business. I'm not sure what I had done (or not had yet done) to deserve such a thing, but I do know that this is not something I would wish on my worst enemy. I am actually going to redact my very first statement, I don't think I over reacted as anyone in that much pain would have gotten anything to make it even a little better.
