Exactly what I ordered, in NIB condition, arrived earlier than estimate
Americans beware: this is not a domestic shipper. They will ship quickly and get this into air shipping, but it will still take some time to arrive.This was ordered on Jun 26, arrived July 14, provided July 18 - August 8 as a possible range.Product was exactly the one ordered, packed very well. I would have preferred to buy this domestically for cheaper, but this was not an option in 2023 and no longer in stock through Synology.

It works but make sure to check compatibility
It works but make sure to check compatibility. I broke the existing drive bay sliding retraction system on my DiskStation DS718+ by turning the lock too hard. I was still able to pull it out by opening the adjacent bay and then force pulling out the stuck drive. Then with this replacement it is an exact same drive holder that comes with the DS718+ so I used it and now have a working drive bay retraction system.

Tray is all good - works as expected
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is so massively overpriced right now. It seems this is because Synology is not selling them at present. If I could have waited, I would have. :/

Works great for Full size or SSD's for you Synology units.
I bought two of these to hold SSD's in my DS1815+ and they work GREAT and are sturdy. Nothing else much to say but these are great trays and work both for full size drives and holding SSD's.
