easy to fit - easier than I thought
If you have an old insole it's super easy to size these, but even without a template, just be patient, and don't over-trim.If you're looking for SUPPORT, but something else, but if you are looking for an insole that is gentle on your foot, with a little cushioning, this is a good choice. Seem to be fairly durable too. And the little bumps provide some mild "massage stimulation" which hit the spot in my worn-out feet!

Not good for all day wear.
The stimulating nodules become very noticeable after a few hours if you are actively walking around and it's painful after 4 hours. Not recommended, get the gel active, they are great.

great padding
i buy these every few years for all my shoes. these take up the pounding of walking, running or just standing on hard surfaces. they do, over time, break down and need replacement but that is based on use for each pair of shoes and boots. highly recommended.
