Makes leaning back much more comfortable at the desk. Kinda difficult to get the right height but once you do you don't have to mess with it again

If you are looking to put this thing at it's high setting and put your legs up, it will work great for that.However, if you are looking for something to rest your feet on, a foot hammock is not ideal.Like any other hammock, the pressure will be forced the center, and so will your feet.Your feet will be pushed into the middle of the hammock and trying to move them outwards is not relaxing since you are pushing against it to keep your feet where they want to be.I put this bad boy way up near the desk. When I'm kicking back watching some youtube at my desk, I recline the chair and put my legs up. It's great for that!
