Exactly what I wanted, color and style. I didn't need an expensive glove. I needed a second glove to make it easier to talk people into a little catch. This glove is perfectly fine for general yard catch or a recreational game with friends. I've had my other glove almost 25 years and it is in great shape but the inner lining is flaking/desintergrating very badly. I just wanted this and am very pleased. I was able to open and close it fairly easy right away.It is indeed easy to use immediately. No break in time...no oiling. It has a decent feel to it. If I had touched it before buying I really might have thought it is leather. The material is much better than I expected. I assume if a person is against leather this would be CLOSE to a vegan product as possible. I'm pretty sure it is all a type of pleather. I've never had a non leather glove and was interested.I just liked how it looked and it suits my needs and was inexpensive. I could have gotten a "better quality" USED glove but I would rather have new and decent than something sweaty, dry rotted and or stinky. No need for that when this is perfectly good. Even great.This glove has NO odor at all that I can tell. You won't get the leather glove smell of course...but there is no strange odor either.Comfortable, functional, great looking and super affordable. I recommend it to anyone playing recreationally. I chose the softball size glove because I didn't have a dedicated 14" softball glove. I plan to just use this with friends and family or chunking a rubber ball off the side of the garage.Very pleased, worth the money

Great glove for the price. Also a nice color and descent size. It’s a little stiff and hard to close so I wouldn’t use it for high level competition.

I was a beginner to softball this summer playing for my company's team, and this glove was a great option since I didn't want to invest in an expensive leather glove right off the bat (no pun intended ;) ). It molded well to my hand and became more flexible over time, as I would expect a typical leather glove to. I used rubber bands to secure the glove around a softball when I first got it, and this helped a lot. Keep in mind that this isn't leather and may not hold up long term, but I thought it was good quality, and it worked great for my purposes! Sadly, my glove was taken before one of my games, but I will probably get another one for the next season!

Fits great- was better than expected!! I lost my glove and needed one to practice with my daughter. This glove was ready for play, felt broke in. Would def buy again if needed!!

When it comes to baseball/softball mitts, you get what you pay for. This one's no exception. All synthetic materials that really never wore in as fully as I'd like. Fit is not as comfortable as a premium glove, but sufficiently comfortable. Good news is the family threw around a baseball all summer long and the gloves weathered it all just fine. Good value for money. I wouldn't recommend for competitive baseball, but for casual use the price is right and the fit is fine.
