I have used on my civic 1.5 Turbo sports Tourer. AIRFLOW sensor area have 1 mm gap and I made a small custom made Gas kit to cover up.. sound is amazing. There is no mileage drop.

Awesome quality parts and hardware, as expected from K&N. Instructions are top notch, and aren't really needed, but nice to have. You do have to cut the insulation strips to size, but it's easy to measure and cut, and is explained in the instructions. Everything fits exactly and is good and solid feeling one it's all tightened up.The intake sounds awesome. There is a huge increase in turbo sounds and a much more aggressive intake sound.This intake plus KTuner with TSP One+ Tune makes my Si drive like a whole new car. The difference is insane.The only downside of the K&N compare to PRL or MAPerformance is the MAF housing size is fixed, but that's not important to me, I'm not planning on swapping the turbo.

Performance: There are those out there who say an intake is a performance mod that will net you horsepower and torque. And even K&N gives you a little dyno printout with the intake. An intake will give you a better acceleration feel and is a great starter mod for a turbo car. I did feel a bit of difference after installing, but I wouldn't say it would be that quantifiable on a dyno. The reason you buy this specific intake is to hear your turbo and some more engine noise. It is so satisfying being in 5th or 6th at 2-3k RPM and stabbing the throttle for a second and letting off to hear that sweet WHOOSH sound!CAI Claims: K&N markets this as a cold air. I would disagree. There are true cold airs available for the 10th gen si from people like PRL. They will suck air up from under the engine bay. This sits almost exactly where the factory box sat, so coincidentally we can't call it a short ram either. I would just call it a good aftermarket solution that is not as good as a true cold air.Installation: Installing this intake was a breeze. The instructions were pretty straightforward, and I installed it in under an hour while talking to people around me.Overall: I would say that this product is worth it if you plan to do more performance mods down the road, or if you want a quick and easy way to hear your turbo. It has the usual good quality associated with K&N, and looks pretty cool in your engine bay as well. Every time I drive it I have more fun, as giving it more gas rewards you with sweet turbo noises!

Great product, easy install and the sound is so good I don’t like to turn on my music as much anymore. A bit expensive for such a simple CIA but so far I’m not disappointed at all.
