I have a phone case I purchased on Amazon that has a D ring on the bottom. It came with a cord that did not look good and had not held up well. I usually have my hands full going from the car into the house or when I'm walking the dog I will put my phone around my neck. Hands free works best for me! The previous cord was not adjustable or comfortable, and I just did not like the quality. The adjustable slide on this cord allows me to let it hang where I want it or need it to, without interfering with whatever activity I am doing at the time.

Does it's job at holding my badge, and does not turn dirty or fray as the plastic leashes. The black colour of the carbine and the metal stud came off, though.
