Im a size 36W..i got the large size. Though it was difficult to put on, i succeeded to wear it on the sevond hook in just the first day..So i decided to return it and get a medium. Return took only one day and the medium arrived a day after i placed the order. I love it, thought it it tight, it does not pinch the skin

Dont buy this product. I usually wear a size l in all the waist trainers that i have this one is wayyyyy tooo small! I need like a xxxl to fit and im skinny.The fabric is okay but its a struggle to put on! Its not stretchy. if u want to buy this product size up

I like the quality of the product, however I was not able to use it because the size is really small. I measured and followed the size chart. My waist is 32 inches which the size chart says L, however L measures 28 inches and there is little to no stretch in the product.

I was confuse with the Size to go for,but a lady helped me with her review. My waist is 43 am suppose to go for 3xl but I ordered 2xl whichis perfect on me . Snatched my waist 4 inches away from the first hook and I love it cos am going for the second hook soon.

I’m 5’6, 135. I originally ordered a xs but it was too small so I went up to a small. If you’re my size go for medium if you’re not use to tight trainers. Shipping was fast and easy. I love the material, very strong. It’s nice and tight but I’m not suffocating. Feels like it has some stretch to it so that’s perfect. Can’t wait to outgrow/outshrink this one.

As other reviews have stated, make sure to measure. Tried to make this review short, but I also hope it’s understandable what I’m trying to say. After measuring and deciding the size you want to order, I would suggest be prepared you may have to return to get a different size or you may not! Everybody’s body is different so even reading reviews can be less than helpful sometimes, because for this item I pretty much saw it split 50/50, people saying it runs big or small. My experience is this: I have other waist trainers from years ago and always had an xl or 2x. When I tried one of my cheaper xl ones on recently, it was extremely tight and kept rolling up. I was not sure if it was because it was too short? Or just too small. Came here and according to my measurements I should have ordered a 4x. My measurements are 2 inches above my belly button 43.5, at my belly button 46, hips/butt 48.5, from the bottom of my chest to pubic bone is 13, so I’m considered to have a long torso. I felt that 4x might be larger than I wanted, given some reviews were saying the size recommended ran too big. I wanted to try the long torso one with 25 bones to see if it was any better than the ‘normal’ ones that only have 3-9 bones. I ordered a 3x to see how it would fit. I could get it fastened on the tightest row no problem and I was easily able to wear it while sticking my stomach out lmfao. That is not what I want so I sent it back and order a 2x. With the 2x I can close it on the loosest row fairly easily, but I do have to suck my stomach in to get it fastened. I cannot close it on the other 2 rows at all yet, which is what I want so I can eventually see progress. Now because of all the squeezing there is major back fat/spillage which I tried to capture in my pictures. But I am using that as motivation to get rid of all this extra padding I have going on lol. I have been buying this brand now for three years and every time I try to save cost and buy a different brand, I always regret it. I love it, the hold, the comfortability, the quality, all top notch.
