Maggi Spaetzle, Authentic German Dumplings (10.5 ounce)

I really like this brand of spaetzle, and could no longer get it at my local grocery store. Glad to see I could get it on Amazon. It’s tasty!

In planning my Easter menu, one of my serving points on the meu is spätzle with a hunters mushroom and demiglace sauce , both also procured on Amazon . Cooked correctly, it has a savory beefy nuttiness with just the right amount of bite . I would also like to see the Viennese type shell shaped spätzle that used to be obtainable. These spaetzle are more Bavarian noodle type, which takes me back to the Bayern region , also quite good but I would be over the moon if I could get the Viennese style also !Vielen Dank !Chef Gregory

These are so simple to cook. Taste great with most any sauce. I was tickled pink to find them again. It’s been many years since I’ve seen and cooked them

I have not made home made spaetzle noodles since finding the Maggi brand noodle. They are so close to home made and obviously none of the work that goes with making your own. Just make sure you cook them for the 25 min. time period or they will be to hard/chewy. I use them in soups and as side dish with a gravy over them. My family loves them!

Due to the fact I have high cholesterol and triglyceride counts,m as well as high blood super, I need to be careful as to what types of pasta I put into my homemade soup, and spaetzel noodles seemed to be a perfect choice. I had never had them before, but found it was as easy to cook these as it is to cook macaroni. They turned out to be a nice size for my soup and just plain delicious. I will buy the 5-pouch option next time. Definitely worth the price. I just wish local stores would carry the product.

This Spaetzle was good, time saving; but not as good as homemade. I would recommend it to anyone not wanting to take time to make spaetzle.

I love making this with red cabbage and meat. It's a great substitute for Mac n Cheese, but with a better texture I think. I cook it with butter, garlic, parmesean cheese, and Maggi seasoning and I can barely get it onto the plates without eating it all. It's versatile, there are a lot of different recipes online, but my German fiance and I love these little nuggets.
