My dermatologist office tried to sell me a $60 AHA/BHA facewash which was a no, so I went in search of a dupe. This has similar ingredients at a much lower price.The texture is nice and silky with little jojoba beads (not microplastic) for light exfoliation. I really love the light citrus scent--enjoyable while using but not overwhelming and doesn't really linger. I also started tretinoin at the same time and it has not exacerbated the potential dryness from tret.

SOOOOO GOOD! Just... so good. Indescribable actually, I’m upset that I lived the first 30 years of my life without this stuff. You will literally shed off layers of dead skin but there is no harsh chemical burn like when I overuse glycolic acid and retinol! I really think it’s the jojoba being the main ingredient which help protect the skin’s barrier and integrity. I am 30/f recovering from cystic adult acne & my skin is GLOWING. I cannot rave enough... first ever Amazon review lol not sponsored just buy it!!!!

Sadly, my fave cleanser of all time Neutrogena Pore Refining Exfoliating Cleanser has been discontinued. This product, however is a citrusy scented dupe and I love it. I am 46 years old and my skin NEEDS this combination of acids to safely exfoliate, clarify and shrink my pores, while reducing fine lines and wrinkles. I use once a day, at night, while in the shower. I leave it on my face, like a mask, as I go about my shower business, then rinse. It's a great prep for oils, serums, retinol treatments (I use differen gel .5 very mild). The 8oz size has been good to me so far, having used maybe a quarter of the bottle since purchasing in November. If you are looking for something similar to my discontinued favorite, search no more!

I do use a mild gel cleanser to wash my makeup off, but realistically is THE cleanser because I use it directly after makeup removal and whatever active ingredients are in this are the ones making a difference in my skin. After a decent amount of time using this my skin felt so good inside and out and I have been getting compliments on how nice my face looks. It's the only thing I'll use from now on as my active face cleanser and I love that such a simple product can work for me after years of struggling.

So, I had high hopes for this. I bought it especially to reduce milia and went this route instead of Murad, I tend to try to purchase from smaller businesses and I've never heard of Karma.Anyway, I've seen no results at all. I'm speaking no overall results with any of my skin issues, in fact, I've been breaking out more frequently and in areas I normally don't. My breakouts are actually painful, which I've never had before, I am too the point where I don't even want to touch my face.For the record, I've been using this since about June 11th, that's almost a month. I started out using it once a day, then switched to twice a day.I will say the smell is great, it could be a bit more grainy as an exfoiliator, but overall, just. I guess I'm going to try Murad.
