It breaths very good! The front is mesh so it’s very breathable and it does get hot when you run a lot but the material is moisture wicking. In my opinion, I don’t think you get hot easily by wearing it

Q: anyone been hit in the cheeks/jawline area? if so whats it like and does the material offer any protection, as i run a mesh lower the covers my jaw.

It’s very thin, but it’s still makes it hurt less
