I was going to post a picture of them installed, but it really doesn't come across in a picture. For those asking if it looks blue/turquoise on the green lens, it doesn't. It looks green.But, the concentration of the white and bright seems to overpower the colored perko 963 lens. The bulb fit fine, had no issue with having to adjust or force anything. But the light is very concentrated and as you gain distance from it behind the lens, it sort of starts to wash out to white. I walked about 300 feet away and it became difficult to distinguish between green and white.I think it would work well as an all-around white light, but my all-around doesn't take a festoon. As it is, I'm not going to run these for my side lights. I don't trust that from a distance of a mile they'd look anything like another white light.

Poor Design - Will Blow Fuse if your light housings' clips slide over the plastic ring and touch casing. Really cheap design and I blew 4 fuses before I realized the issue. Ended up buying LED's from Auto Parts store for like a buck more.

I purchased this bulb to replace the incandescent bulb in my boat's red/green navigation light. Not only is it a perfect fit but brighter and uses less power, an important factor on boats.

These are total trash, used in my boat and they heat up and after about an hr they just go out from over heating I suppose because the work again if turned off for a while. Would not recommend I would assume they must do the same in anything else you put them in if it’s on for a while. The bummer is that it’s way past the return date now that I’ve realized this. Waste of money!

My old Boston Whaler bow light always seems to get a bit of corrosion and then blow out. I've reluctantly decided to give LED a try, and so far, this is actually working well. The fit was good and I haven't had any issues since installing a few months ago. I'll update the review if I have any troubles down the line, but I believe this will last for quite some time.
