Great miso soup powder - oishi !
This dried miso powder also has dried bonito, kelp and other ingredients so makes an excellent soup by just simmering a bit in water, it has way more flavour than the refridgerated miso we can get around here.It also makes delicious rice etc. - can be added to many foods.

It tasts like Miso and easy to use
I gave this to my friend who loves Miso soup. It makes it easy for her to dissolve in the dashi soup and she said it tasted just like a regular miso paste. It stores longer than a paste.

Tastes great
This tastes like miso should taste. I bought it to make homemade ramen seasoning. I will be ordering again when I run out. Get a can and taste it for yourself

Doesn't clump in hot water, tastes great!
It tastes exactly like what you'd get at a Benihana, but maybe not quite as good as what you might get at an upscale Japanese place. Definitely easy and tasty. I add some bamboo shoots, seaweed and mushrooms, then hot water. Also great as a topping on fish or chicken.

Convenient
I add nori flakes. I LIKE the fishy flavor that others have complained about. The tuna & sardines are added protein. I should probably seek a reduced sodium version, but taste-wise, it's just right to me. I only made broth so far, but if thickened, it would be great on rice.

Needs more details
Please provide an ingredient list online. I'm vegan and bought this thinking it was simply miso, but come to find out on the note that came with it that there's sardines and Bonito in it. This item isnt eligible for return either so now I'm stuck with something I can't eat. Thanks.

No English instructions
I couldn't find any miso paste in any store so I came here because you can find almost anything on Amazon. I read the paste should be refrigerated so i was leary about buying it online so I opted to try the powder. There are no instructions in English so I googled the ratio of powder vs paste in my recipe. I have never had miso so I can't testify to the taste of the powder compared to the paste but my daughter said it was very good.
