Q: How is this product used?

I use the peppers to add spicy flavor to many dishes. The liquid also makes a good pepper sauce, which you can top off with white vinegar when it starts running low.

Q: I just received this item. how do i get the peppers out? it has a "slow pour" cap that i can't remove without breaking and damaging the lid.

I used an xacto knife to slowly cut through the red seal on the side of the glass. Once you open the side of the seal, the rest of the cap comes out. But I actually put my peppers in smaller containers after that, and this may not be ideal if you're going to keep them in that bottle.
