Great set but be sure to order adapter for non US plugs
Great bundle. Everything was included that was on description. Only thing is it didn’t come with Australian plug so had to get separately. Would be good to have that option in purchase process.

Hold off on purchase - HORRIBLE SUPPORT
Connection issues through USB and Bluetooth. Support phone number is to a recorded message directing callers to website; no option to leave message or connect to a person. Website has chat feature alleging "immediate" help, but in actuality is a submit form that will be responded to via email in undisclosed time frame.At this time Cameo 4 support information is virtually nonexistent on the website, FAQs, troubleshooting links for connection problems, etc. They were not prepared to support the release of this product.When deciding to invest in my first cutting machine, I did TONS of research before deciding to wait for the release of the Cameo 4. I've had it about 24 hours now and have experienced disappointment, frustration and hours wasted. I have decided one thing - once functioning, my first design cut will be a reminder sticker for my machine that reads, "There's no crying in vinyl."

Poor tech support
I spoke with a human being and the problem was fixed (the autoblade was not pushed in all the way). Since then, everything has been going beautifully. I am enjoying learning and creating.This machine has the potential to do great things but i am yet to experience it. I am having problems with the cut. Once side cuts perfect and the next side is wasted because it was not cut properly. I have tried reaching out to swing design but i am Always referred back to a weboage that allows you to send a report. No one get back in touch with me. VERY FRUSTRATED.

Not worth upgrading if you already have Cameo 3
I have had each version of the cameo and this one is not worth upgrading to :( The lack of repeat job button is a real negative in my opinion. It was also advertised as cutting 3 times as fast as the cameo 3. I tested this by cutting the exact same design side by side (cameo 4 on speed of 30 and cameo 3 on speed of 10) and they were done cutting at the same time?? I also miss the lack of screen on the machine itself.
