No more spinach
Well hello new slim line Popeye.No longer having to break open the spinach can. I get all my iron from this pip squeak. He is small but mighty . It brings your iron levels up naturally without having to push out the solid black logs.Give it go you will be surprised 😮

Good alternative to iron tablets
Iron tablets can be harsh on the stomach but this spray is a good alternative.It’s not my favourite taste but it does the job.

Small and compact bottle easy for carrying for travel
Brought for my teenage daughter who needed to up her iron intake. It gets into your blood stream faster and more efficient than a tablet or r chewable. It's not a very high dose so it's gentle on the stomach. The taste is ok. It helped my daughter at the time but she ended up needing a high dose

I find this quick and easy to take, if you want more or less iron it's simple to adjust your spray intake and it tastes good.
