After having my child I was put back onto birth control. I started feeling awful, hot flashes, mood swings-I thought I was going through menopause. Come to find out i was placed on a high hormone birth control instead of my regular low dose. After stopping and not taking anything I would only have periods every 68-87 days. I got off birth control last september but i was still breaking out none stop and my period wasn’t regular, decided to buy this to see if i would get back to myself and in 2 weeks of taking them i started spotting and cramping a lot. I thought it was my period and it eventually went away… i kept taking them and noticed the spotting kept coming back then i got on here and read similar stories to mine. I don’t think this helped me get my period back, it did make my nails and hair grow extremely FAST and my nails are strong. I will not keep taking them just because i don’t want to keep spotting but everybody is diff so i hope this helps some ladies out there!

I am 40 yo and have been on hormonal birth control (the pill) since I was about 16. I haven't had a withdrawal bleed let alone a period in probably over a decade. Not looking to have kids, but am looking to get my body, spirit, and divine feminine energy back. After reading 6 book this past summer and nearly 2,000 pages, I decided to kick the pill to the curb and take back control of my hormones and brain.After much research, I ordered this supplement. Took it this morning with breakfast. Easy to swallow unless you haven't ever taken a medication in your life, it's standard size. I am just looking to detox from the synthetic hormones and also ordered the detox tea from this company. I'll update if anything crazy happens one way or another, but so far so good.To address some other reviews, like the one star for "religion" I was personally thrilled to see these products are prayed over and labeled as such. I am spiritual more than anything, but think that's what is missing from a lot of people's lives especially the last few years. The religious people I know personally tend to also be the happiest. For the reviews about PCOS chances are you had PCOS already and stopping the birth control which is prescribed to "stop" PCOS and other hormonal issues just revealed the condition. Any issues will return after stopping the hormones birth control. I fully expect my estrogen dominance to return. This supplement contains vitamins and minerals found in a basic diet with the addition of chaste berry. There is nothing in here your body doesn't already recognize or get from other things like meat. Our modern diets just make us deficient in nutrients. Lastly, with respect to doctors... I know we "must" consult our doctors before starting any fitness/diet/supplements, but my experience with doctors is they overprescribe pharmaceuticals and would rather they prescribe you unnecessary medications than seeking natural alternative methods. If anything the last 3 years should teach us the dangers of corruption in the institutions that should "protect us" and follow "the science."In conclusion, whatever the pill masked will be revealed. Trust your intuition. Listen to your body because it speaks to you. Do your research and don't expect a magic bullet whether natural or prescribed.

I have taken this for a bit off an on, I stopped taking birth control to try and conceive and I didn’t want to have to deal with side affects of stopping birth control. Maybe they are working, maybe not I’m not totally sure. Not pregnant yet

I went into this trying to detox my body from having birth control two years ago. I never fully got rid of the toxic chemicals that plagued my monthly periods and birth control made it way worse so I had to get off of them. Ever since, I have had nothing but severe mood swings, feeling not myself, and just wanting to get back to my normal self. So, I came across these, talked to my husband, and he was in love with all the natural ingredients and said to go for it. I took these for three days and noticed a huge issue. Massive migraine headaches, throwing up like crazy, dizzy, lethargic, cold, clammy, sleeping way more than usual. I thought my monthly periods were bad, but this..... This is something my body could not handle. This legitimately will make you feel like you are dying. Severe burning migraines that cease to leave me alone. Constant throwing up, bleeding like crazy out the other end way more than usual, and cramps like I never have experienced before. This stuff is just as toxic as the birth control I was on, and could never recommend something like this. My husband now feels bad feeling that he should have done more research into this matter. If you want to be sick and the worst you have ever felt in your life, these pills are for you, otherwise stay far far away from them.

I am 20 years old, and have been on the Depo Shot since I was 15. I took my last shot in June 2022 since I was getting married in October, and even by then I still had no period.
