This is not windproof or waterproof its as thin as a sock I`ve been buying from Amazon since they started , this is by far the biggest lie of any product I have ever purchased

I purchased this head/face cover for a week in Iceland. This cover kept me warm and dry. My head is a slightly bigger than average and the top of the cover that fits over the head was a little small but it was fine because I also had my coat hood on. The price for this cover was excellent considering I won't wear it often because of the mild winters in middle Tennessee.
