Delicious Ribs
I'll admit, these ribs are not cheap. But then again who really wants cheap ribs? The flavor is great and pairs perfectly with just about any side. Recommend coleslaw or potato salad as a side.

BEEF JERKY ON THE BONE!! Make your own instead!
I’m sorry. I did so want to like these and thought I would with the high price. Well, I just cooked one of the rib racks in the oven according to the directions on the updated label that was over the original page’s directions. I even shortened the recommended time: 5 minutes less for the first side and five less after opening the foil. (I did add the 2 tsps of water before wrapping them up in the beginning.)These ribs were....just AWFUL. I don’t understand all the gushing praise and 5-star reviews. The rub was over-poweringly spicy. It just wasn’t good! No real flavor, just heavy spices. Add to that, there’s not a lot of meat on them. There was zero fat on them, which you would think would be good, but doesn’t help. The result was the texture and dryness of the ribs even after following the directions. One reviewer said the texture was more like beef jerky. I thought maybe she didn’t add the water or cooked them too long. But now I have to agree! Then the sauce, with all the rave reviews, was not that great. I can make my own ribs in a slow cooker with a well-know bottled sauce that you can buy in any supermarket... and they turn out amazing. These definitely were not!I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. I’m getting a refund for this unfortunately bad choice. Don’t let the price fool you into thinking you’ll be getting the “best ribs you ever tasted!” And read all the low reviews first. They are more often than not spot on.UPDATE: THE PROPER WAY TO REHEAT RIBS!Reheating ribs in the ovenReheating ribs in the oven is much like reheating ribs on the grill.First, preheat your oven to 250° F (120° C). Next, line a large cookie sheet with foil and add an extra sheet of foil on top for folding around the edges of your ribs.Once you have two layers of aluminum foil, place your ribs on the cookie sheet. Fold the ends of the foil up around the edges of your ribs. This will ensure they don’t dry out or burn on the tips.If you’re worried your ribs may be too dry, you can add water to the bottom of the foil “bowl” you’ve created. This will steam the ribs as they reheat, adding moisture and flavor back to your ribs. Adding barbecue sauce to the top of the ribs can also help retain and add moisture to the rack. From there, put the ribs in the oven. You’ll want to keep them in for around 6-8 minutes before you check them. When you check them, they may be finished depending on how thick the meat is. Cut into a new slice and feel the meat with your finger. If it’s done, great. If not, consider flipping the ribs, adding a bit more water and bbq sauce and repeating the process above. It shouldn’t take more than about 20 minutes to reheat your ribs no matter how thick they are. Remember, the longer you reheat ribs, the more likely they are to be dry and brittle. If you have a griddle pan, you can forego the aluminum foil, put a little water into the pan itself and stick it right in the oven. This is particularly true of cast-iron pans as they’ll give you a very even reheating of your ribs.(So, not 350 degrees, not 30-35 minutes, and not very vague instructions on how to wrap the ribs.If you received a reheating booklet with an “updated reheating instructions” label slapped over the original page, do not go by their new instructions, unless you like “beef jerky on the bone” hah.Total rip-off! With made-up (fake) reviews, obviously.AND: NO REFUNDS, and NO WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY, either. Take my advice and take a pass on this company and their less than mediocre ribs!(Would actually give minus 5 stars if given a choice.)

Check packaging, but good ribs.
The plastic on one of the racks was roped and sauce oozed out. Obviously my daughter and her family had to throw it out fearing bacteria. They did enjoy the other rack

I have been craving excellent ribs for a long time even after seeking in many retuarants. I was hoping these would satify crarving's, even though the prices are off the charts. Even though I followed thawing and heating directions, the top layer was hard and chewy, the sauce was excellent and the amount of meat was average for take out. I will not buy again b/c of price and the tough, dry top layer.

THESE RIBS ARE A 10!
I am a rib addict, generally Kansas City BBQ is my favorite, so I was a bit nervous to pay so much for Memphis ribs that I did not know if I would like, but I am so glad I bought them because I can honestly say these are the best ribs I have ever had!!!!! I bought 3 more orders to send to family and friends, they are that good. The best part is I didnt have to cook them! I reheated in double foil at 275 for 35 min (thawed) and then opened the foil, left them on the center rack and hit high broil for 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce a bit. I could go on forever, but the bottom line is, THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY! BUY THEM!
